Well here is me....

I am quite saddened by the fact that I can't go to the playa this year (it would be my first burn but have been to regional events), I was going to go with my ex but we broke up and my health has been for shit.

ANYWAYS! Being this saddened has made me just think.... well, KNOW that next year is "my" year. It WILL happen dammit!

But about me... my name is Jenn and I graduated last year with a BA in English/Secondary Education. I am a geek and LOVE it! If yall see me on the playa next year and ask me about books, writing, or linguistics... I might never shut up But I also love lots of other stuff besides my beloved books and writing... I am a music junkie. I ALWAYS have my headphones on. I can't go for a walk without my headphones. The days I misplace my headphones and need to walk my daughter to school I kind of freak.... HOW CAN I WALK WITH NO MUSIC!!!! lol

Which brings me to.... I am a Momma! I have a lovely little weirdo of a daughter that is my pride and joy. Her name is Lilyin, but you might catch me calling her Monster, Froggy, Frog Face, Weirdo, Creep, Lilykins, Lils, Lillers.... yeah the list goes on. And I am her Mommy Monster! She is one hell of a great kid and I hope in a few years I can bring her to the playa. Just to show you how awesome she is... she recently cut off 11 inches of her hair for kids with cancer! She will be 10 in December and I couldn't ask for a better kid. She's my best buddy for sure!

And she likes to wear matching outfits as me (this is a horrible pic of me, but this is our Rugrats themed outfit for Comic Con, the others were DJ Pon3 and Hello Kitty).


I like the geeky things that go along with being an English major, but I also like to draw, see movies (especially horror movies), I take more photos of what goes on in my life than anyone should ever take, which means when you see me on the playa I will ALWAYS have a camera on me and be snapping pictures. I am just hoping I bring enough memory cards and batteries to the playa
