Holding Hands and Connecting

Hello everyone!! My name is Steven, my Playa Name is Dakota. I have been attending since 2000, so I am not new to the event. I live in Reno, NV. I camp with a small, intimate group. We don't have a name or theme yet.

Lately, with all that is happening, I have been feeling like the world is disconnected, everyone is unplugged from everyone else. I would like to propose that Wednesday night at sunset, all citizens of Black Rock come out in front of their camps and stand in a line, holding hands. Join with the next camp and then the next, and so on to connect us all. For just a few minutes we can all be connected and unified. I would like to see how many of us we can get connected to one another. We are usually camped at 4-5:30 and G, H, or I.

Does anyone know how I get this on the schedule of events? I have never proposed anything in the schedule before.

Thanks for the information! I'll check and see what is required. I have a vision of the whole city taking a moment to hold hands and connect as one just for a moment, and remember we are not alone.
