Hello!

Post by Eugenia » Sat Mar 26, 2016 4:55 pm

Hi Ya'll,

I'm Eugenia (or Baroness Shirley Sharpe-Teeth, depending on who you ask), and getting a bit active on ePlaya is long overdue for me. I'm one of the organizers of Horny Camp and also a lead for Menagerie Village. I wanted to join ePlaya to get to know more Burners outside of my little village group, and just see what it's like around here.

When not at Burning Man, I'm generally planning for next year's Burning Man. :) I love costuming, as well as organizing, so doing all thing Burning Man is a bit of a year-round process for me. I currently have some level of physical disability (chronic pain/weakness for c-spine issues), so I tend to plan and try to work on things as early as possible, since I never know in advance when my neck/shoulders/arms/back are going to crap out on me for a few days/weeks/months (I'm working on that).

Because of my physical difficulties, I'm always curious to hear about other Burner's with physical problems. I tend to be a homebody and the Village Mom/benevolent dictator, so I never quite get out as much at Burning Man as I'd like. OTOH, we have a pretty good front shade structure/hangout in front of our activities tents, so when I want to see more people, all I really need to do is park myself there and see who is wandering by and feels like stopping in for a chat (or to make some horns with us).

That's about all I can think of to say about me for now.

I look forward to participating!

Hey there, welcome to eplaya!

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

Howdy! Welcome.
When the only tool you got is a hammer, every problem looks like a hippie.

Mmmmmm I love the smell of Burning Man - Token

Getting overly dramatic about the ticket sale process is so 2012. - Maladroit
