New Burner from Pittsburgh

Post by randomodds » Mon Apr 18, 2016 5:10 pm

Hi there, new Burner from Pittsburgh was planning to join a group of long time burners at our welding camp this year. Unfortunately I couldn't get tickets the normal route, so I'm waiting for the ticket boards to open up in the weeks ahead.

I'm a physician in my day job; a climber and world traveler the rest of the time. Nice to meet everyone!

Hey there, welcome to eplaya!

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

Hi there!

I'm in DC but I've also got a bunch of burner friends in Pittsburgh - there is a pretty established burner community there, and a lot of activity around the regional event - *Frostburn, which is the first burn of the year for me.

Theres also a ton of stuff going on in Philadelphia. I think 26000 Beats Under the Sea tickets will be going on sale soon. While that isn't a burn, its a music event, its a great way to meet locals who get to the big burn!
