Ohmish

Post by Ohmish » Mon Aug 15, 2016 11:01 am

Hello, Friends! My Burner name is "Ohmish," and I'm part of the "Rootpile" theme camp, bringing Bluegrass Music to the Playa! Stop by for free music lessons and jam sessions, and look for us playing near the Temple, at our camp, and at other camps to which we've been invited.

In the "default world" I'm BanjerDan, a full-time musician based in the Central Coast area of California. My primary instrument is 5-string banjo, but I have some skills on guitar, mandolin, and dobro as well.

I'm looking forward to meeting YOU at the Burn this year!

Hey there, welcome to eplaya!

Welcome.
Savannah: I don't know what it is, but no thread here escapes alive. You'll get 1 or 2 real answers at minimum, occasionally 10 or 12, and then we flog it until it's unrecognizable and you can't get your deposit back.

I love Rootpile!! Ohmish welcome to eplaya. Any chance that your musical group can swing by the Meet & Greet on Wednesday night? 6 PM at Barbie Death Camp. We have a piano and probably several players. come by and have a shot of weird liquor while you meet the eplyans in person.

I was very impressed by Barbie Death Camp last year and will be sure to stop by to say hello.

As to whether "Black Rock Bluegrass" can come to your Wednesday jam, contact The Fixxer. He's the Big Cheese at our camp.

Oops. I got excited and invited God knows how many people to a party at Doc's house. Doc Pyro is the Big Cheese at Barbie Death Camp. I'll find you guys and hear plenty of tunes. (This reminds me of the time I got the high school marching band to practice on my street. It was my husbands birthday party. )
