Greetings Burners

I have been following Burning adventures for quite a few years now. Totally mesmerized with the whole experience 2017 is the year I will actually get to join in and experience it myself fingers crossed I get the ticket of course!

I'm curious, bit of a dreamer, spiritual, explorer and always up for adventure.
Life is about learning, embracing and creating memorable moments, having fun, exploring your individuality and connecting with other beautiful souls out there. Been very lucky and met some incredible people on my journey so far and hoping that going to Burn will allow me to meet more of incredible individuals that I can connect with and share some truly memorable times together.

I'm currently based in London but will be relocating to Canada next year - any Canadian tribes on here? We could maybe link up and share Burn 2017 experience

Er . . . saw a bit of a horror show on ePlaya this year about a Canadian Burner--an acquaintance of Ratty's--whose ticket got bogged down for 30 days in Customs. I'm not sure if there was a happy ending to that situation (Ratty? Anyone?) . . . but the idea filled me with horror. I've gotta say that I were dealing with Customs I would probably have my ticket held at Will Call. It can add some time to your entrance procedure, but it might be worth it.

Sallycakes welcome. Yes. My camp mate did make it. She contacted every governmental organization in person, by phone and emails. Her ticket came just in time. We'll never know if all her efforts helped or not. (She was there for opening gate instead of early arrival.) Tickets mailed directly from Burning Man would have been cancelled and a replacement put into will call. (Or so they say.) The ticket held up this year was sent by me so there was no option. It was a very happy burn.
