Virgin from Chicago

Post by Gorillaz » Wed Mar 29, 2017 6:03 pm

Hey. My Name is Nick. Ive been wanting to go to Burning Man for some while now. I didnt want to introduce myself until i secured a ticket I feel like i never really thought it would happen. Now that it is im in total panic mode because I have no car or camp. I've read other virgins in the same position as me but somehow it all figures it self out, so thats helping lol

I am 6'2 and Healthy. I can easily help you with anything you need around the camp. specially those tall corners everyone cant reach. I can help you set up early and clean up late.Super Friendly and team player. I just want somewhere to be able to connect to with people without having to run around the playa all day. If anyone was driving from Chicago or Illinois id also like to ride share. Ill bring snacks, stories, gifts, and vibess. Ill also split cost of whatever we need. I think ive read everything i can in this forum to better prepare myself. Heres me taking the next step to a successful and life changing burn.

Hey there, welcome to eplaya!

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

Hey Nick, Do the happy dance. Read everything to get yourself prepared. There will be ride share boards where you can hitch a ride. Chicago has a big burner community so it would be easy to search them out and help with projects NOW. Getting to know people is better than a random ride with strangers. Welcome to ePlaya.

Welcome Aboard.

Do find your regional folks, and jump in with them for ideas, preparations, and who knows what else. Holler if you need help.
