First time burner here!
I've been planning like a mad woman the past few weeks in hopes that my LIT app gets accepted.
I have SO much work to do but I'm going to be going solo. I've read through so many forums/reddit pages/eplaya threads and everything says something a little different (as expected).
If yall have advice for a first time burner who is flying out to Reno AND too young to rent a rental car let me know.
If you have any stories that you think might give some info from your first burn (solo or not) comment below!
Much love <3

Hey there, welcome to ePlaya!

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

You say you have learned quite a bit about this Event from various sources.
But have you dug in the primary source -- burningman.org?
Survival Guide and the rest of the First-Timer info, for starters.
And sign up for Jackrabbit Speaks.
And now... the first question I like to ask potential Burners: How do you plan or want or hope to contribute to the BRC community?
Take your time -- we'll be here.
And good luck with your LIT application.
