G'day from Qatar...

Post by didjeridude » Wed Mar 21, 2018 12:26 am

Hi everyone,

I first heard about BM in the mid 90s as a uni student in Australia. I registered on this forum some 13 yrs ago in the hope I could attend in the near future. Then my account lay dormant while life got in the way (...yeah fuck life getting in the way of the burn hey? BOOOORING).

Finally, I now have the time, resources, and means to attend. I live in Doha, which is essentially located in a desert environment, and it's 44degC (110F +) everyday throughout summer here in Qatar, so I'm looking forward to some cooler weather in BRC around August haha :-)

I'll be the aussie guy playing didjeridu and djembe in the deepest corners of BRC and out on the playa in 2018. Looking forward to surreal adventures with you all!

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me
