Virgin from SoCal

Post by Guard Dawg » Mon Aug 20, 2018 2:13 pm

Virgin here, fresh as the driven snow.

I just love the whole burning man Philosophy of unfettered free expression.

I am definitely going to participate! Especially, for post event cleanup and restoration! The peace and quiet contrasting against chaos and pandemonium and indubitably place me into a state of melancholy.
A complete city and residents vanish fading back to their miserable lives of floundering in perpetual doldrums of mediocrity while struggling for legal tender to give the bank.

I would also enjoy volunteering at a solar energy camp and foster discussions about goal-zero for electrical production at burning man. Goal zero meaning electricity consumed at burning man is solar or wind generated and discouraging or banning the use of fossil fueled generators.

This would reduce noise and air pollution contributing to a more pleasurable experience.

Just some thoughts.

Peace.

You couldn’t begin to drag enough solar panels out there to power Burning Man.
Then there’s the whole large scale burning of stuff.
Plus the huge amount of trucking stuff all the way out there and back from all over the country.
Don’t kid yourself that Burning Man even pretends to be a “green” event. It isn’t. Not even a little bit.

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me
