Last year on Friday night, I attended the most wonderful gender bender party. I don't remember exactly where it was or who put it on, but I know it was on the 10 oclock spur.

If you have any info on last years party or any news of one this year, please let me know. Thanks.

There used to be a bar called Gender Blender but I think it's evaporated now (damn 3% humidity)

Several people have wanted information about this and if nothing comes up I am going to organize a party.

I thought Blyslv ran the Gender Blender bar but all I see him doing of late is asking people for $5. (that and he has me ignored for some reason, I wouldn't have the slightest idea why)

The Gender Blender Bar will be making a limited reprise this year, albeit not as a Bar but as something else entirely new and shiney.

It's a barter bar/happy hour. "Do" something with Gender and get a drink. Nothing of value, nothing tangible, nothing animal, mineral or vegetable will be accepted (the only exception being BBQ ribs right off the grill.)

If we get our shit together we'll have some costumes, but it's pretty much every boi and grrrrl for themselves.

Me and my confederates are still working on the particulars. Stay tuned for details.

I just checked with my personal time consultant and I have a previous engagement (the billion bunny march) at exactly the same time. However, I can be meeted and greeted at FairyLand in the Avalon villiage.

I admire anyone that can keep anything close to "normal" time on the playa. My watch has one of those velcro straps that mysteriously seems to come loose when I get out at the gate and I can't seem to find it until the event's over and I'm cleaning my truck out back home.

The past 4 years I haven't worn a watch and only referred to time in 4 increments: night, day, sunup, sundown. It's easy to see the difference in these without a watch. lol

Now, I need a watch to take medication on schedule but it's no good for playa events. 6 pm Thursday usually means Thursday afternoon to evening.
