It's done. The man who has been the source of all my sleepless nights has bought out our interest. We got our money out with a little profit. I still have to manage the property for up to 6 months and answer to him (I hope he takes us out sooner though).

I'm oddly emotional for a property we only held for 7 months. The staff is left to the wolves with only what emotional support I am able give.

My life and energy has gone to this property and will continue to flow into it in the near future.

I am far behind on my art and considering just putting the crochet on hold for now. I just don't know how much energy or will I have now.

Gotta run..madly trying to finish up a couple of projects to test at the state park this weekend.

I got the "your tickets have shipped" email too...fingers crossed they arrive before Friday. Last time I looked at tracking they had left San Fran this morning. Woooohoooo!!

Whew... long long day and night! We got the bulk of everything sorted for bgirl, including the last of the food shopping. I also got most of the bins packed and loaded. Despite both being pretty frazzled everything came together nicely, while Pandorra was doing her precooking I was working on other stuff, and then when I finally got around to what I wanted to do in the kitchen she had moved on to other stuff. All the big/hard/heavy stuff seems like it's figured out, tomorrow morning should be quick and then we'll be off. I'll be bringing my camera and hopefully get a few good pics - have a good weekend, folks!

And now here's the newest tidfbit. We spudded theree exploration holes this week. The final one was a big success. We ended up gathering new data that will change the Geologic Map of Missouri. And, I was honored to do it, and honored by the insistence of the folks at the Geologic Survey to name the holes for me. I didn't want it to be named for me....so I suggested the alternate names. In perpetuity, they'll be registered at the Survey as the Rhino #1, the Rhino #2, and the Rhino #3 exploration core holes.

Only the head of Industrial Minerals at the survey knows where the name came from, and he's sworn to secrecy, bless him.

a break now and then is good, i took one in 2003 and came back fresh in 2004….went by myself, camped alone, volunteered all week at various stations, and had the best burn….ever….

2015 is going to be a HELLA good year….at least so i've heard.

Morning All, I took a break year for three years... Back went out one year.. Three week before BM.. Was pissed off about tick sales the next year.. For the third year.. Infection post surgery and had to sell ticket..

Waiting for the mail, wound up piss tight, rock and roll and ready to go..

Okay that is the main problem . I still don't have a tx.
some promises did not work out and they stopped selling at 40 minutes
but it is possible that I did not completely do the correct protocol for paypal.
