First time east coast burners needing a ride in on Tues or Wed

Hey everyone! My wife and I will be attending BM for the first time this year and are trying to sort out all of the logistics of getting us, our gear and supplies out to the playa. We've got a vehicle pass, money for gas, strong backs and love to lend a hand wherever needed. We'll be arriving Tuesday or Wednesday (we're waiting to buy plane tickets based on the results of this post). If anyone might have room for us, or even any advice about how others get this done I'd be very appreciative!

Flying into Sacramento and renting a car/van would be the most self-reliant way.

I'd be all freaked out in anxiety doing a ride share with strangers, but that's just me. I'm wound a little tight.
