OMD, really?
Kill you? this is the sort of thing that drives wedges and keeps people from talking.
"the right" is no more like that extreme view, than "the left". extremists do these things, and hide in a label.
How about all the mayhem associated with BLM and OWS and others? we could paint the entire left, by the murders and damage caused there, and I bet it'd be very similar in numbers to the same actions taken by what we might want to paint as right.

ACA is not, nor ever was sustainable.
This does not mean I want it gone, other than if it were replaced by a single payer universal system.
Look at how many companies are leaving ACA, some states have only one company/provider left. And rates are skyrocketing.
No, it was a "first step" (cynical me says they knew it was not workable long term, but used it as a lever for popularity, optimist me says it was still known not sustainable, but was used as a spring board to drive the discussion). and that step is crumbling. Something more rational must be done.
