BM 2004 Observation Dome

Can someone send me the email/contact info for the group responsible for the BM Observation Dome that the Man stood on during the 2004 festival?

There was an art instillation where people would say their wishes into a
microphone. The group would master the audio and play it back in the
evenings. I remember talking to the woman who designed it but I lost her
email address.
