Lost: Canon Camera

Postby Funk Monsta » Sat Sep 20, 2003 10:23 pm

Hi, I lost my Canon ZR60 DV camera. It was probably in a blue and Black softbag and the opened tapes in the side pockets have footage of Lollapalooza festival. (The tape in the camera was of BM of course)
If that's the one please please let me know Ph 310 621 8889 or reply

P.s. Good on you for being so honest. I love my Burning Man Brethren!

Lost Canon camera

Postby Kathy O'Sunnyvale » Sun Sep 21, 2003 12:46 am

Ditto on the thanks for posting about this.

Mine was a Canon D40 digital camera. The camera's body has one area with damage, and one of the last photos I took on it has a train in the photo. If this sounds like what you found then I can email you with detailed descriptions of the camera and photos in it.

LOST: Canon PowerShot 45 @ ReOrient

Postby jun » Sun Sep 21, 2003 12:43 pm

LOST: Canon PowerShot 45 @ ReOrient

Lost my Canon PS45 with a 256 Mo Flash Card b/t Monday and Wednesday around ReOrient (Esplanade & Sacred).

It might have been next to a hat (which I lost too...) made out of a fake zebra skin hand-bag with yellow horns, flowers and a weird electronic circuit on the back... Rings a bell?

The pictures in it should have been mostly taken around ReOrient.

Contact me: Thanks!

Canon Powershot S45

Postby denofearth » Mon Sep 22, 2003 10:05 pm

mine was a Canon Powershot S45. The last I checked, I wasn't using it properly, as all of the photos were white, except for a photo of my friend wearing a neon orange nun's habit.

boy, my pop would sure be happy to see that again.

Canon Powershot A70 - shots taken were around media mecca, centre camp and around the player on an artcar. It was in a green and black case. - distinguishing features, well I guess you would have noticed the BBC address on the side, or the media tag attached to it - you gave me hope for a few seconds there

My friend lost his CANON POWERSHOT A70 the night of the burn. It was in a BLACK BACKPACK with a YELLOW CRISS-CROSS CORD down the middle. He also had his keys in the bag but whoever found it returned them to Center Camp (they were on a green clover key chain). Thanks in advance for any info. you may have.

But is there a picture of the 2-3 (?) of us in front of our Monkey Town sign? :?:

Until chefjuke posted above I kinda forgor this thread was here.

Anyway I had a Kodak camera and my picture disciption above is still the same. I also wore a neon pink slip so I was probably wearing that in the picture but can't be positive about that.
Thanks - r

It was my friends camera and backpack. The camera is a Canon A70 and there were probably a few pictures of a big red dragon that blows fire, a trampoline and ....I can't remember what was almost 3 years ago. If this is the camera I/and my friend would be truly stoked to get it back.
