Hello my camp is considering having a waiver of liability for anyone engaging in our offering.

I'm wondering if I could get information on how many camps have ever been sued by those engaging in their playa offering.

Can't say I've ever made use of such a thing and don't know of any posted resources. The best tip I could give is to reach out to Suspended Animation, they may have a lot of experience with things like waivers and consent forms.
