funny thing about fimo ravioli, it's not that different from some of the things I used to make for work,..
for sauce I would use a crystal clear polyester casting resin and use both transparent and opaque dyes with a touch of brown and maybe a tiny bit of green to tone down the red, but I'd have to play with the colors to get it the colors don't mix true the green has some blue in it the transparent red is a little magenta.
Maybe a little cabasile or micro balloons to give the sauce some body.

Sorry I still go threw these (knee jerk) working out approaches to making things.
I made some of the food for the "harvest table" in the Mill City Museum in Minneapolis and some of it was done by someone else as soft sculptures but it was all put in one off antique stoneware bowls that eventually started to get broken as the kids played with it so I had to glue the bowels back together and pull molds off them and make them out of plastic and finished to look like stoneware.
So I'm in the habit of figuring out weird things
