Out here most everybody seems to have the funk one way or the other. I can barely scraped together two pyros to check out my flametosser. Either someone's sick or out of town or what have you. Tomorrow night I think a few of us are going to the bowling alley when there's cheap beer in the bar and pool table. Perhaps I can convince them to stop by the beach to torch some Christmas trees, doubt it though. Wimps.

Morning buckethead, Ms. Sky, Z....
So bucket, I've got yer funk right here. {cough, hack, cough.....ow that hurts}
I ventured out last night, all on my lonesome as I waffled and was too late to catch dot the freep ed. Had a grand time, had many shots, breathed alot of stinky cigarette air (hate that part, wish they would go on and ban the bullshit). I smooched a girl with a shaved head who was all shy and giggly. I lost my car key. I started the long trek home, drunk and all alone, adn I didn't even mind. A blonde with a gay boyfriend picked me up and carried me home. It was a fantastic night! And I danced and danced.
{pours an extra large cup of coffee down her throat}

I think part of it might be Valentines Day,.. I thought I was finally on my way out of my depression last week. I trimmed up my beard, so I wouldn't look so much like I just crawled out of a " spider hole " I got the cholesterol meds I'd stopped taking back in November and started taking them again. I felt like I had more energy and a feeling like I was really ready to make something happen. But it's all melting away,... back to the feeling of hopelessness and self pity..... It's not really as bad as I just made it sound,.. kind of low level depression but enough to take the wind out of my sails and take away my enthusiasm for doing anything. I think Valentines day, makes some of us see just one more thing we are lacking in our lives.

It's the spoiled little frog princess. I swiped it from one of Ms. Lunaea Weatherstone's tarot collages (thanks lady!)
That's me, I have a tendency toward kissing frogs. One of these days I'm sure one of em will turn into a prince though. That's how the story goes, right?
Hey Zuggie, I'm mildly depressed myself, in case you didn't notice. Shall we start with the drinking yet? We are, after all, in a bar.

Good morning! Sounds like you had a fun night gigs! I wish I could go make out with random strangers, my beau doesn't go for that though.
It's nice to see that it's still calm around here, although I see the mess next door isn't finished yet.
I'm sticking with my coffee (actually it's half soymilk half coffee, I can't do the full strength version without feelng ill). Finishing off some work and then heading out to the new house. I might get to start my wall stripes tomorrow- exciting!

I'm listening to CBC this morning, it's funny. They're talking about the 'Sponsorship Scandal'. Yes, Canada has called an big inquiry to look into why money was spent on buying golf balls with the Canadian flag on them. Well, there's other parts too, but that's the part that the news is on right now because our past PM was just testifying, showing off his 'balls'. Ah, he's so funny. Some days I really miss that old guy.
I don't suppose this means anything to you though does it. Where are my fellow Canadians?

Spectabillis, don't worry, nothin personal.
Miss Velvet, it was less makeout, more of a quick little giggly smooch. When the beau and I hammered out the current terms of The Relationship, I told him I'd keep off hte boys if I could still kiss the girls. We give each other a lot of elbow room, the only way it works with us.

And then one day, I was wit anoder litta guy and we played zom golf and e gave me a ball, look at dat right dere, he signed it, see dat? Another guy, from a litta town, and es name, George W Bush. And zo, I gave im a ball, and I gave a ball to each of is badaguards. An zo, dat iz what we do, wit ze balls."

Well, they have tried to be more slick, but it keeps backfiring on them when they come out with statements like 'allowing gay marriage will open the door for polygamous and underage marriages'. Oh, there's tons of gaffs that I can't think of right now. They say the stupidest things and it doesn't matter how pretty they make the package. Some people like them of course, but they are too conservative for the most of us. And it's funny because in the US they'd be considered a little too liberal.
Yeah, I like how our politicians are 'as they are'. I can't think of a US politician who I don't think has been tarted up for the camera, which automatically makes me mistrust them.

I think Bush did as well as he did was because he came across like a kind of sanitized version of a folkie guy, that brother-in-law's brother that had a drink'en problem but straitened himself out. His obvious imperfections make him seem more real to those people. Never mind what the truth is the packaging worked for him.

WOO! I must've fallen asleep......I'm not feeling the best today. Yesterday I started with the sneezing, itchy eyes and stuffy head bit. I think allergy season is kicking in.
My sister is bringing me some cold medicine in a while because the allergy stuff isn't clearing up my nose...just making me tired. Maybe I shouldn't have taken 2. Oh well.
I think more coffee would be tasty.

So the theme this year is like a giant camp out in the desert? With people bringing lots of shit from all over? uh.. -Marscrumbs

Claire Bee and I had our own nap. We are sick little puppies. I can't believe I dragged my ass out last night (but I'm glad I did). That poor girl I smooched......what was I thinking??? I hope she doesn't end up sick out of it. dammit I wish the beau was here to pet me.
Ms. Sky, I'll just leave yer cup of coffee over here in limbo til you come back around for it.
