Sucks, doesn't it, duke? Fuck fuck fuck I miss that man already. After I heard I went and put on my special edition DVD of Fear and Loathing that has a feature length commentary from him on it. It's great.

You betcha. It's my playa hat. The el-wire here is just prototype, not quite sure what I'm gonna do to decorate it this year.

So what's got you so parched?

Work, work, work, my friend.

I could have pulled off a bowler when I had hair down my back. Seems they look goofy one me now that I got it cut.

actually it's about the least goofy hat I've found, for me. Odd shaped head, everything looks kinda dorky on me. But I love hats, so I'm thrilled to find one that works. Definitely makes a statement when worn around Reality Camp. La Esposa, on the other hand, looks great in a hat but doesn't care to wear them. Makes me jealous.

Hmmmph... people with it, always take it for granted. I seem to wear my current playa hat fairly well in the default world too.

Ok, time to go find something to munch on. Then I’ve got a sarong to sew up tonight. Probably check back later on.

Nice to see you in here swampy one. Until later!!

Not right now. Actually (and this may belong on "heel ya!") it looks as if the MrFishist could have semi-steady employment for a while, which means--after we take care of certain pressing matters (kiln, wedding reception, etc.) a home computer and digicam might be possible this year.

Okay, perhaps this is a bunch of crap, but I thought it was funny
Wal*Mart Wine

Some Wal*Mart customers soon will be able to sample a new discount item: Wal*Mart's own brand of wine. The world's largest retail chain is teaming up with Ernest &Julio Gallo Winery of Modesto, California, to produce the spirits at an affordable price, in the $2-5 range. While wine connoisseurs may not be inclined to throw a bottle of Wal*Mart brand wine into their shopping carts, there is a market for cheap wine, said Kathy Micken, professor of marketing at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I.
She said: "The right name is important." So, here we go:
The top 12 suggested names for Wal*Mart Wine:
12. Chateau Traileur Parc
11. White Trashfindel
10. Big Red Gulp
9. Grape Expectations
8. Domaine Wal-Mart "Merde du Pays"
7. NASCARbernet
6. Chef Boyardeaux
5. Peanut Noir
4. Chateau des Moines
3. I Can't Believe It's Not Vinegar!
2. World Championship Riesling

And the number 1 name for Wal*Mart Wine:
1. Nasti Spumante

So let's have a tasting. I'm gonna start with the Peanut Noir and the Chef Boyardeaux and work my way to the White Trashfindel.
