bigger is better, but I don't think it matters as much, unless you have a really big tent. Always go bigger - up to 2' if ya thing you might catch wind with it......Box Burner wrote: what Diameter? and I have been hearing that they should be 2'
Then bend them in a candy cane at the top...

G"night Shelly.. sweet playa dreams :)
I'm gonna go finish unloading the car then hop in a cooling bath (gotta get the sunscreen off before I try to sleep..yick!)
Check back in later, but g'night to allayouz who will undoubtably go to bed before then :) (I take notoriously long showers...)

I work at an internet tech support center. The bozos who built this place, or at least the ones who put in the air conditioning tied it all in with the "fish bowl" which is the room where all the servers are. Servers always run hot and have to be kept cool. So the server computers are happy and the humans are cold. Just because some twit did not put in seperate air for tne machines.karine wrote:Box- I might have missed it... but why do you work in an igloo?

I came in right after you left that drink for me! So sweet... but now it is time to dig through my.. well, normally I'd say luggage, but since I had a rental car, I just tossed my stuff in a laundry basket to haul it up there and back, so I need to go dig out my contact stuff and glasses from the bottom of the basket and crawl into bed...
Thanks for the bevvy! Sweet dreams, whenever you head bed-ward..

Good Morning All!
What a week. Almost didn't think I'd be making it to the burn. But alas, fear not. I am going! Yay! There were some personal family issues that I'm sure you can relate to. Got through it. Everyone is happy. My main priorities now are graduating this semester and being with you.
Jewel***, great avatar. You so purrrtty. Thanks again for your kindness. Looking forward to meeting you...and the others.
Well, here I am chained once again to the computer working on my school projects.
Big kiss and hugs to everyone!

Morning... or what's left of it here on the east coast.
upon finding this out, I used the Oxy/acetylene torch to heat/bend them at one point, thus making a hard "V".

You are correct. It has been my expierience that they do drive in easier. Some rebar has hard spots in it and will, when bent candy cane style with two pipes, sometimes bend... sometim snap.pinemom wrote:but straight, and need to be bent.
was gonna do them candy cane but isnt hard to pound in with circular top...would a hard v be better?
