I may be wrong..way wrong but something about this JonBenet confession ain't right. I think the guy's a fucking nut case and is doing all this to get publicity.

I don't think the parents did it either...so in my opinion the perp is still out there. It's gonna be interesting to see how the case proceeds...it may turn out someone in LE couldn't resist using the nutjob to get the heat off their asses.

My opinion is something is totally fucking wrong about the whole Ramsey case. Put it this way - the kid was in the juvenile beauty circuit (usually an ego thing with the parents, also usually leaves the kids psychologically askew for decades to come) and exploited by her parents and her/their agent. It's tragic that she is kidnapped and killed - that's really fucked. But the rest of the story - the MAJOR (s)exploitation of this little girl, the whole "Beauty Queen JonBenet", et al... the glam shots, the whole enchalada, is just fucking wrong. I feel bad for the parents, but fer chrisesakes, she was a LITTLE GIRL, damnit. I feel sorry for HER!

There is somehting really bizarre with this, there always has been... the answer has gotta be there, and no one is even close to doing anything other than sexploiting this poor kid again. Did this fuck in Thailand (where kid sex is a business) do it, or is it more hype and smokescreen? And if it's the latter, what are they diverting the general population's attention away FROM?

And what's next - More on John Wayne Bobbitt's fucking PENIS??? How about another murder victim blown out of proportion - Lacy Petersen's Fetus? What the FUCK is wrong with the SHEEP in this country who get led by the fucking NOSE to their blinders by the media and those who direct them???!!!???

Sending kids, or in this case my sister Tiff off to college sucks. You want her to go but you hate to let go. I've spent 18 years essentially being a defacto dad while her real dad sat on his ass, and now it's time to let her fly and see if all the things you tried to tell her, the warnings, the things to watch out for, etc have actually stuck in her mind to where she'll remember it when needed.

I know I'm not the only one that's having the tug of war with the emotions this time of year. And the only thing you can do is just smile, wave goodbye, and hope things turn out for the best.

There are no fucking guarantees that I won't tear up a bit when it comes time to say goodbye. I hope this dream she has takes her higher and farther than she ever thought possible and helps her find happiness....it's now up to her to make it happen.

Fuck the second to last customer I had today and his kid! Apparently they got the kid's traffic ticket thrown out on a technicality, and then thought it was the DMV's job to bend over backwards and ignore the laws to reinstate the kid! Yes, we can reinstate him, but, since the ticket was to be removed from his record, and he was not going to be charged a $50 reinstatement fee, we had to have Madison, where the mainframes are, purge it from the system, and it was only about fifteen minutes to closing, so it might not get done immediately! And the reason they were trying to do it at fifteen minutes to closing?! They did not seem to feel it was necessary to bring the kid's i.d., or for them to have any of the other documentation required by law (and listed in the handbook everyone under 18 gets in driver education) for an under 18 kid to have when doing anything with their driver's license. (Fuck, I am not even certain they had the paperwork from court when they first came in!)

While I was on the telephone to Madison trying to find out if their was anyway to speed things up, and how to process the forms without charging them the $50 fee, the kid was filling out one of the comment cards on my counter, smirking! We were trying to be accomodating, even when the father was demading to see the supervisor (who was out that day-- she is new to the region and had a meeting in Kenosha). We offered the father the alternatives of coming back tomorrow, when the supervisor was in (which made him really mad), giving him her telephone number, so he could call the next day when she was in (angered him nearly as much), or let him talk to the person who was in charge when our supervisor and team leader are out, but he would have to wait until she was done with her current customer. He chose the last one, and sat glaring at us and our customers until he finally got waited on. I was busy with another (much more reasonable) customer when he finally got to talk with the person in charge, so I didn't see what sort of reaction he got when informed that we couldn't pull any miracles for him or his son.

Of course, he probably is one of the people who would be upset if the DMV were to ask for an increase in taxes and/or fees so we could hire more people in order to process the paperwork and unusual cases like theirs faster!
