oh gawd..........morning came so early!!!!!!!
My muscles hurt from 4 hours of fire practice last night! ouwie!
Damn my upper back,shoulders and arms are outa shape!
Plus I ended up having to use one of Daves heavy Staffs for practice...
well I should be good and buff for spring!
