Because the notes for which they are noted are not noted for being musical notes. (Puzzle maven Sam Loyd, 1914)

Because Poe wrote on both. (Loyd again)

Because there is a B in both and an N in neither. (Get it? Aldous Huxley, 1928)

I like Huxley's.

Why is it that B12 and Iron Suppliments don't have the same effect (on me) as a cheeseburger? Is it the Fat? this is a serious question folks. Anybody who knows nutrition invited to answer.

When people are wacked out on drugs, there are certain things you should NOT do. I was at bonster productions party last night. good time, good music, good peeps, till some people showed up in makeshift cop uniforms with megaphones saying "this is the police! Everyone is going to jail!"

I guess the firemarshall showed up or something and shut down the party at about 330. All I heard was "the cops are outside, everyone has to leave".

Two thoughts, one, no one was done parting yet, and two, everyone was scared to leave because they didn't have anywhere to go and couldn't drive and didn't want to walk by the cops (which I never saw).

Why do people insist on scaring people when they are wacked out? the vibe turned from really good, positive energy, to extreme paranoia in about 5 minutes. WHY? Why kill the mood and energy like that at such a good party? WHY?!?

If you're talking emotional effect, it could be the fat or even the bread. Vitamins are a lousy substitute for food. :-)

Its been my experiance that complex carbohydrates make you feel full easeir than other food. For example, if I'm hungry, I can drink a 32 ouce soda and feel fine. You can eat 4 pounds of meat and 2 pounds of salad and not feel full at all. I think thats why at fancy restaurants they serve bread with your food, because they really don't give you that much meat or veggies.

If you don't believe me, try the atkins diet, even though you can eat as much as you want of certain foods you will never feel full.

Excuse me? In what reality can a person eat four pounds of meat and not feel full?
It's not that I hate you. It's just that I'm a much better person than you.

Why does the train come through the middle of town right during lunch hour and/or 8:30 a.m. and stop? Why can't they wait until the middle of night or afternoon?

I thought Reno was burying the trains in a trench to fix that problem?

Apparently on the "Donny & Marie Osmond Show" in 2000, or at least that worked for Richard LaFeare.

They are but that doesn't answer why they still choose the noon hour to come into town.

Why do my illustrations brak adobe illustrator? It is the most powerful program of its kind, my work is all vector, yet I create things too complex for it!

Never been on that diet, have you? It's the fat in food that provides a
feeling of satiety (fullness), not carbohydrate. I'll give you that a lot of
salad isn't going to make you feel full, primarily because it's fiber and
relatively low carbs. Salad drenched in ranch dressing with bacon and
turkey, however, is very filling.

And I'll grant that restaurants may give you bread to fill you up. If cheese
were cheaper, it'd be a better way to fill you up, though.

Back in June I went on a wheat free diet, and yes that included beer. In times of strictest observance I would never feel full, yet not quite hungry.

Go figure.

why must De Facto post responses to every post? I guess it would be different if at least ONE of his posts were intelegant or related to the topic.

or did you mean inelegant = http://www.m-w.com/cgi-bin/dictionary?va=inelegant

or intelligent = http://www.m-w.com/cgi-bin/dictionary?va=intelligent

I need to stick to the question.

wait a minute ....why should I.

Mr Smith, why are so many men obsessed with the size of their member, or the size of another mans member, when creative use of all of my openings is really what counts?

Oh, and why would people care so much about about the change of policy for a camping trip or past mistakes/decisions about that trip? Isn't the universe itself all forming and decaying because of what the Buddhists call "impermanence" and the physcists call "entropy"?

Got an emoticon to help me out with either the former or the latter question? You're the exception that proves the rule in that case.

And Mr Smith? I forgot to say that I have already seen the dancing banana and I'm not really sure it would apply in this case although it would have been my first instinct given the question I pose to you.
