Can anyone provide recommendations on the CHEAPEST way to transport about a 10' moving truck worth of art installation equipment to and from the playa?
Thanks,

It depends on a lot of things. How far are you transporting it? Do you know anyone with a truck or trailer that you could borrow. Renting or buying a used trailer would probably be the cheapest, assuming you have something that can pull it and you're already driving to the event.

Avon Truck Rentals. Burner friendly.
If this stuff weighs more than #2000, go get the big box truck and bite the bullet. Towing anything more than #2K will force you to rent a big truck anyway, so the box truck will likely be the most economical and safest option.
Stay away from U-Haul - Death-trap trailers.
