The meaning of "relevance" in U.S. law is reflected in Rule 401 of the Federal Rules of Evidence.

why is it the universe can align to bring insight to an individual in such a way as to exclude those in the direct vicinity from it's awareness?
how is there any compulsion of the individual to translate and portray the insight if such a universe neglected to bring it available to the general masses?
