Yippy... powers is back on! 80 mph winds day before yesterday. Semi trucks and trees all over the road. Lines down for close to two days. I made good use of battery powered appliances used on the Playa. One good thing about BRC is getting survival skills and having extra stuff on hand. I didnt sweat one second about it. Extreme temperatures, loud noises at night, stuck in my sleeping bag for a night and a day...remind anyone of something.

Hopefully you had enough to drink. Otherwise, sounds like you were seriously roughing it. Drink will get you through times of no power better than power will get you through times of no drink.

2.fully stocked bar
3.frozen food
4.smoke
5.I cant drink milk right now anyway! cough cough

yup were sittin pretty!
guess we only got about a foot last night, but it started snowing again a minute ago....
Power went out last night just as we got into bed....ha!

Just came in from shoveling 1 ft thick by about 30 sq yards. That shit is heavy this first storm...

Wanted to get the brunt of it before the next bugger hits.

yes, i have this wierd affinity for shoveling snow...I love it!

I just got hired by the local almost 100 year old theatre in town! I have loved that place since I was a kid, & now get to work there! (in town no less, a bike ride from my house instead of traveling the west coast)

Doing good TITWI, excited about the New Year- New ideas, new changes, new freshness. Gonna move to a nicer place here in town, and also to accompany my new girl (met her on playa this last year- f i r e w o r k s) who's moving here in a week. Also going to get more studio time for production pieces (will send copies if can). Life is well- looking forward to my week vacation in late August/early September. (CLARK gulps on the frosty mug) Delish!

Not for another two weeks. Went to Saturday's from 3-6pm (PST) to try and dodge the Colleges basketball game remote-broadcast (GO MOUNTAINEERS!...to another frequency!

) Will see about flipping back to fridays at next DJ meeting. Might go out and play tonight with some friends/drinksy's! How are you and Pine doing? Can't wait to see those big peach colored domes this Summer!
