I gotta say I do too. Some of the stuff you put up on "hum" is incredible. Fraking hell of an art project! (Too bad ya can't frame-by-frame your stuff, project it on a screen on the open playa, it'd be awesome...)

SO yeah, don't give up, elf... your shit really *does* hold water (unlike some others, including my mustard... damnit...)

Thanks CO!

I double checked that last night.
After shaking it up....no watery pre-jizz, just like I said.

Oh yeah - AFTER shaking it up... sorry.
Have you tried the mustard bottles where the dispenser is the "clean cap" version with the rubber pressure dispenser rather than the twisting cone?

Maybe the water is getting stuck in the twisting cone section when you shake it? C'est possible?

Flip top on the big bottle o' mustard in our fridge.
Not gonna give another plug to the commerce gods but I will say that I suspect France had something to do with it.
And it failed miserably last night in my follow up testing procedure.

Well, I said it before and I'll say it again:
change brands if you must.
Getting mustard out of a style of container where you have to take off the cap and use a knife seems to me to be an equitable solution. That way you can mix it up with the knife before using AND you can see what your spreading before it goes everywhere and ruins your dog, sandwich, etc.

How to find them: Have a good description of the person and if possible a picture of them handy. Make sure that you make the Rangers, medical team and roving police aware of the situation.

The trick would be knowing that they were lost in the first place.

I get the impression that BM is not the best place to bring someone who has Alzheimers/is easily disoriented/lost...
If you did decide to, though, I'd suggest staying with them most of the time.
You could always make a wearable sandwich board sign for them that says, "If you read this and I'm NOT at the 9 o'clock keyhole (or some such), return me to the (insert theme camp name here)".

Actually what Mereth just said about the sign thing around the neck would be fun to do as a scetch routine.
With the sign already around your neck, apply some foam around the mouth,
and maybe one of those helmets for people who need them on a daily basis.
Just walk around in a zombie-like daze and let the good times roll !!!

Well, the Killing Cold has descended upon Wisconsin! Just too da--ed cold, IMO. Hopefully my car's battery is up to the task.

Still have no idea why Baron Samedi (or one of his class of loa) showed up in my dreams a number of years back, well before I had any idea of who he was, or had read anything about voodoo. :? Sometimes I wonder if he and Coyote are just having fun with me because of something my ancestors did... (and, given what some of 'em were like, it is entirely possible! )

Probably the strangest religion I have heard of someone practicing is the worship of Cthulhu! Someone here in Dane County claims to not only worship Cthulhu, but to be the founder and head of a Cthulhu oriented church. Apparently he rejects the fact that Lovecraft himself claimed Cthulhu, and the rest of that mythos, was entirely made up by Lovecraft and his friends as a part of their story writing.... Even if it weren't, why on Earth would any human want to worship the HIGH PRIEST of some godlike being who view humans as a nuisance worthy of only killing, or maybe a tasty snack? :? If I ever actually meet the guy face to face, I think I will tell him I worship Hastur, who is, at least, a god.

Well, I wonder if I should wear my sweatsuit to bed? Couldn't hurt, I suppose.

After working on a touring production of it the other day, I must conclude:

Peter Pan is a fucked up play!

The flamingly gay pirates/indians/lost boys prolly didn't help, but man that play is weird!

Is there a way to do a large-ish art project on playa that unavoidably gives off a small amount of fine moop? Could it be done by keeping it inside a tent and sweeping up occasionally?

I would team up with Picasso Camp, get the largest drop cloth you can find and get some large Magic Markers tied to strings connected to the canvas so the don't blow away.

Paint is funner, but the effect would be the same. Crayons and oil pastels are good too but would melt in the heat.

Or everyone could suck on a different colored jawbreakers and then spit on the canvas.

Barry was so fucked up that he is actually a medical case study. Somehow, his mother managed to bully him into not growing. I find it disturbing.

you bore me
try to whore me
send your cursed words
to the sky with the birds
because I have heard it all before

you keep score
games with no board
roll the dice
it is your life
or just forgotten lore

you bore me
try to whore me
make it all so clear
living is fear
and I scare the shit out of you

do you
turn the screw
that twists your gut
with no luck
silent screams will have to do

you bore me
try to whore me
but I see through your lies
your dime store disguise
the fool in the mirror is you

you

bore
