That help a lot, and sometimes can end up being beneficial? if you do the repairing yourself.

Off to work I go, my Canada trip got re-scheduled twice and now it is going through another carrier.....no visit to Terminal City for me.......

Whether or not they have insurance, they still have the liability to repair to at least as good as before condition......and not a half - assed insurance adjuster's "bondo-job". Get paint match, roofing match, no spliced rafters, etc. Get it to the point it won't detract from a future sale.

Get an agreement it is their fault and covered by their insurance. Get your own contractor with the bill going to your neighbor. Watch out for contractor lien on your property, because that can stick you with the bill.

Yes, a cocktail is in order.... but only one... I havta Fire Safety tonight...

We got some good pics before taking the tree out..... (((it's good to have good friends))). The neighbor is a wonderful older lady... it'll all work out..

Oh, and the green nut is safely in the last still-standing burner shed..... not to worry!!!!

(finds a vicodin in her back pack given to her the night before and washes is down with ice chai made by a cute fairy at center camp).

I understand today is a Solar-Sun return thingy majiggy. This is where the sun returns to the exact spot it was on the day of my birth. I am gonna do some research on who I am and what I may become. So far I have found that today I may be prone to phsychic intuitiveness, the need to help others, and drug abuse.

(Lorgasm finds another vicodin and leaves it by the blender for any one else who "needs" it.)
