I know it was a while ago. But I am just getting some free time. I saw a show with this incrediable DJ at 2 oclock and the Esplinade on Thursday night. He was an older guy and he had this whole three dimensional music going on it was AWESOME!!!! So please tell me. Who was the DJ?

I was at 2:00 and esplanade for at leaste an few hours almost every night and every DJ I heard was outstanding. fucking psi-trance destroys me every time. My mind is foggy but I belive that was out post 45 or something like that. in reno the guys putting on the camp flagged us down while driving and gave us some cards with the set times and such but have since lost them, but I assume you could track them down. Re-Reading my post none of this rambling will help you.

LMAO...the Dj Dan that played on the Playa gets like $5000.00 per gig outside of BM and i know he doesnt come on here. Hell, it was Dj Dans 1st Burn actually but he's coming back for this years BM !!

Gonna be another great year of beats on the Playa.

This guy is hard working he even went to Pittsburgh in November. Which makes me think he is from Pittsburgh. Why else do you go to Pittsburgh in November? Which incedently I too am from Pittsburgh and I was there in November. I could have seen him. Doowah!! Any one know? or care.

Last year alone...he travelled over 150,000 miles to play shows all over the World !! He's a great dj and a super nice guy to boot.

You should check into his cd's. He has like 10 of them out and they are all great...excellent driving music.

Yes I saw DJ Dan only once he rocked at the Opulent Temple Friday night. The people at the Opulent Temple did a such an amazing job getting him on. There was some technical difficulties and were trouble shotting it out in the dirt. They said that burning man gives no money to the Night Club dance thingy. That is not right! There is no place in the world like that club. With that flame thrower DJ booth that NEVER gets old. Place like that are the main reason I got to burningman. I want to see places like the Opulent Temple get there share of the burning man money give out.
