the supreme court justices ruled to allow an ruling to stand admiting evidence obtained by way of a computer error in a case against a man where an illegal drug and firearm was found. The error was in a database that stated a warrent was in effect when there was no such warrent.

The judge of course were all conservative appointed judges.

I expect to see more database error warrents and other law enforcement abuse in the near future until we have the Obama of which several judgeships will come up for appointment. That should move the court back to centered opinion.
