1. Does anyone know where I can can get bulk or wholesale condoms?
2. Does anyone have a massive amount of the little plastic cowboys and indians?
3. Any ideas on how to make a regular sized gift bag hold up in the elements of the Playa?
4. Anyone have a fabric target about the size of my ass?
5. Anyone have chaps they would part with?
6. Any old wigs?

Any ideas on how to obtain these items would be appreciated as well.

I would be glad to pay upfront or "gift you" on the Playa.

Condoms are EASY! Go to any university health center and they are there for the taking, try any of the youth counceling places like Planned parenthood as well.

Well, this is the ePlaya board, I assume that answers your question if in fact you were serious.

And I have no idea what the Folsom Street Fair is.

This is my chance to step out of my conservative box 39 years in the making. There is no way I can set up an art project this year so I have some ideas for "Art Costumes." How ever they are interpreted is up to the audience.

FSF is an event in San Francisco, about a week after Burning Man, no connection. One would see lots of chaps, a fair amount of Cowboys and Indians, Sailors, Cops, Construction Workers, Bikers (you get the picture)and condom use is encouraged.

I keyed in: Where can I buy bulk condoms? into the google search bar and got a page of hits.

We have Michaels out here in CA, and you have them in KS as well. It is a craft store, filled with straw flowers, plastic plants, and lots of those little bags of army men and cowboys and indians. Pretty dang cheap.

I am now also in search of as many Garfield stuffed animals as possible. I am hitting the thrift stores, but thought I would put it out here in case someone has a collection in their basement they want to sell.

The seller would have to be okay with them being destroyed.....lol

Thanks to all the comments, I am tweeking my thoughts and hope to entertain you when I am there.....LOL.

Of course, some will "get me" and others will be "WTF????"

My main need right now is used plastic grocery sacks. I am wanting to make all kinds of things with them. I think I might wind up with enough around here. I do not want to buy a bulk bunch of them, I think that defeats the purpose of recycling which is my theme with the bags anyway.

BlackRockCowboy, I don't know if there is a Freecycle in Witchita or not, but it might be a good option for you. The site for the one in my area is kind of unwieldy, but if you get on your local one and request used plastic grocery bags my guess is you'll get more than you can use. Dog knows most people have more than they know what to do with.

Try getting some unstuffed ones and feeding them lazagna. It's my understanding that under those circumstances, they pretty much stuff themselves.

I am Freaking Excited!!

Just got my cowboys and a huge stuffed Garfield off ebay delivered today!!

Let the killing and skinning begin!!!! I now have 1 Large, 1 medium and 5 small Garfields to start on the coat. I actually have enough to do a "Shaw" if that is all I find!!
