Arrested at burning man 2008 9:15 and A st. (need witnesses)

ok this is somewhat difficult for me to post but i'm due in district court next week for an arraignment on some serious charges. Last year i came to burning man and was participating in the experience. i met a woman on thursday and we enjoyed the afternoon together before going back to my camp area where we laid down in the back of my pick-up truck and spent the rest of the evening there together (6:00-9:00pm). the pick-up truck was parked lush up against the road parallel to A street near 9:15. It was a black pick-up with a dark green camper in the backdrop was a few big R.V campers. i am searching for people that were camped near 9:15 and A street or people that may have been walking by between the hours of 6 ish and 9:00 pm that might have seen us together in the back up the pickup windows were open. it was Thursday evening, many people were walking by and talking to us some were congratulating us, some people even were hitting the camper with their hand knocking on it.

After we said our goodbyes and parted ways. a few hours go by and at this point i'm resting at my camp when the light start flashing and i hear voices telling me to please step out. the cops arrested me because of accusations made by this woman i had just spent the evening of august 28th with. ok at this point the police want me to talk. i refuse and they take me to the county jail in lovelock nevada..i spend the night there and in the morning i get the full treatment (DNA swabs, hair samples, photographs , nail scrapings) then the judge releases me.it was friday morning, and i hitch hike back to Gerlach NV to pick up my vehicle. they tell me if i go back ino burning man i will be arrested for trespassing, so i decide to head back home to the bay. . months go by and no word about the case then i get a summon in the mail for charges in court in lovelock nevada regarding this matter that took place at burning man. so now i find myself brought up on charges in a small town in the middle of nevada, needing some help and support from anyone who was at the event that might have seen something as they were walking by or just standing abound nearby watching . if anyone has any information than can help me please contact me . if you need more info just contact me .

Like Jiva said - get a lawyer.

And to anyone who may have witnessed something, at risk of stating the obvious, DON'T POST IT HERE. Yeah, I guess that was obvious. Still, ya never know.

If the Black Rock Rangers were involved in any way it may be that Shift Lead notes are available which might include names. If anything was reported to the Rangers before a LEO intervention it is possible that more info can be retrieved - although the level of detail is often not the best given the amount of activity on the radio channels.

Lovelock is the county seat for Pershing county.

There is a jail there too(roundhouse).

BM has nothing to do with its "need" to be there.

My bad choice of words.

I do have a hunch that the attorneys in Lovelock get more business during and right after Burning Man as opposed to the rest of the year.
