oh, i think it's more complicated than this .... it's not only who you know, or who you blow, but also who knows what, and who knows what they really don't know, and who knows that they know what they really don't know but act like they know it anyhow, and who knows how to BS their way around what they do not know, and who knows when BS works and when it's a no-no.

unfortunately, the government has the same problem, but even worse, since they never have to show any profit, and have an endless supply of cash.

Sorry about drinking it str8 outta the bottle... my 16 oz shot glass was half full when I left... and since then it evaporated into a makers-scented dusty sludge... Ewww!!! (the sludge, NOT the playa dust!!) Anyway, soaking it in some 151, maybe it will break loose... then I can figure out what nastiness someone dosed me with - think it was a cross between phenphen and snarklehydrate...
