Maybe I'd better rename my GPS. I had named it BOB after a druck driving campaign in Europe. BOB was the designated driver and always got you home. Hmmmm - maybe your BOB always gets you home too

My computer is stuck in a restart loop so I'm at the library bank. Rash is gone, back on meds. Got buss pass for Feb. and cash from vocational rehab for pickup fee. Still looking for work, see H.E.A.P. office next week to reapply for PG&E deposit. Put out 3 applications today, will see how it goes. Nobody is hiring even though Chico State started Monday...

It must be 5 oclock somewhere, Is it happy hour? I think my friend left some rum here last December. Ahh there it is, right in front of me. Cheers.

Sucks that the man got fired and yes that was instant foot in the mouth. Did you get the jaw drop deer in headlights reaction? That tends to be the favorite visual for me when I put my foot in mouth.

Mornin Ygiggy! scooch over...

Im still on coffee.. but man that Pomegranate Martini left on the bar last night looks scrumptious!

So I made a strange but pretty good thing for dinner last night....It my fire practice night, so I wanted something in the crock pot...

(Im in the winter blues all the normal food we make is BORING, phase)

So I went online to check out some recipes...

I mixed 2 idea's together...
I made Moroccan Chicken Etouffe over white sticky rice.
Spiced up the flour, rolled chicken chunks and seared at high heat.

Curry, cinnamon, cumin, cilantro, garlic and applesauce were the main liner flavors. A nice slow roux with apple juice.
was really good.....yay...something different!~
