light rain here too. 90% chance of rain for the rest of the day as well. Soooo, no tennis this am and I get a chance to goof off a bit. The snuggies and neb are definitley on today's agemda. move over YG, you have company. If we're lucky, maybe some of the others will join us today. Guess it is still a little early. Come on in the water's fine

Good party,BTW, I was a little apprehensive about no back alley fire...and I was right...people just like to have an outside fire pitt to hang out around.

So other then the no fire clause...it was good, just very cold,when you needed a safety meeting.

We Reno'ites gotta get us a BM headquarters up here!!! Then it could have a warehouse for all the damn parties we throw!!!

I've been meeting with prospective tenants over the last few days, and, maybe for the next few.........it's such an interesting dynamic, different with each.
Some, you can tell are totally cool, honest, forthcoming........others, well, can be full of B.S. and, deceptive......but, usually, not so good at it as to hide it well.

Sort of stressful, too, as it makes me feel they are looking to me to help make their life happy.........and I know, for some, it won't work out.

I don't like disappointing people.
