Well,I don't know about piercings on the penis... but piercings on the clitoris go both ways. I know people that have them, and some say it's awesome, others say it's horrible. The majority of cases loses ALL feeling in that area over a period of time. Very scary....

For the sake of safety and prevention, it could be an oral scene only. Less risk of disease and pregnancy for the breeders.

Plus with the blindfolds, the receiver wouldn't know (without doing some groping) if the giver was male or female. Could surprise a few people when they actually found out....
