Right now at 2:30pm its 50, overcast and blustery here.
A few stray flakes blowing in ever so often, not sticking.
We've had 8 consecutive months with at least one measureable snowfall each month. :x

crazy day in Enumclaw, WA. yard sale, freezing cold, rain, hail, sun, rain, sun... now hail and rain.
We are going to Taco time for dinner (?) where they ask if you want ketchup with your meal. I miss California. and I'm using a mac, so I don't know how to get properties on an image and upload a pic of some hot irish coffee.
well, pretend it's radio and I'm talking about irish coffee, and I offer you all a cup, but you can't see it.

I'll take that drink.

Excellent... It has been quite a day. started out, a friend called and told me my facebook account had sent a virus, masquerading as a very suggestive video about some girls ass, luckily, most of the people that know me, were intrigued, and not insulted. other people who had the virus lost everyone in their facebook friends list, sighting undesirable content. It shows you who your true friends are....

Weather is great in the Netherlands at the moment. Forgot to apply sunscreen yesterday. Sunglasses worked. I look like a red faced raccoon today.

The D.C. regional had that happen, too. Annoying - I keep everything "friends only," and only friends.

I broke down and got Starbucks this morning. I couldn't end my week with another cup of the shiite they have here at work.

If you ever come through Memphis, there is a coffeehouse called the Edge.
My regret for not using caffeine is their double espresso milkshake, though I once got them to do a decaf version.
Still like rocket fuel.
Their stuff makes starbucks completely unpalatable.

Wonderful things with coffee.
Everything else is a shadow.

A lot of coffee - especially mine I make at home - makes Starbucks unpalatable.

What does make it delicious? No other option - and it's free (giftcard).

I like strong, bitter coffee (yesyes, like my men), so SB is actually OK with me. I know a lot of people don't like it.

I find it weak, after the Edge, not to mention Wien coffee.

I ended up so burned out there, they were giving me the coffee they make for sick children.
Still strong.

Once a starbucks in Littleton, colorado spent a long time trying to make some strong enough to compete with the Edge.
They really tried, but couldn't manage it.

I'll have some of YG's. It's always just right!

Wiped out after a very busy day and driving through SF to get to see my granddaughter on stage for about one or two minutes and having to endure a 1 hour and 15 minute amateur production rich in costumes and questionable in performance. Anyway, little Ella was happy to have my son and I there to cheer her on!

San Francisco was really tied up in traffic yesterday with about 3 major street events, including the Black & White Ball that closed Van Ness Ave, a major traffic artery that bridges City Hall and the Opera House. Hate driving in traffic!!!!! Then friends for dinner at our place. Wonderful salmon with a great lemon sauce. Couldn't wait for them to leave so I could fall into bed.

Taking a snooze in the NEB, before I drag myself on to the tennis court this morning! Methinks I'll be a push over today.

Cheers

I guess so, Gyre. Thanks

We could use a bit of your hot weather out here. I'm going out to the Black Rock Rendezvous next weekend and hoping I don't freeze my ass off. Day time projected to be in the low 70's, but nights ..... Brrrrr.

Getting closer to going home. I'll send out a report on the condition of the Playa when I return. Anyone else going???

Sounds like we excaped the Reno/Sparks area just in time. Beautiful weather here in the Netherlands. Today we went and bought Hans goggles for his virgin year and then stopped at an ice cream shop. Currently the table is full of empty Amstel bottles. Sorry - just had to rub it in - weather, ice cream and beer.
