It is a fan. but it is not very powerful as far as flow goes. They need to work on that. But other than that it does work and is safe for kids, pets, and the inebriated.

oh i know. I hate it. I can't stand it. Its one of my pet peeves. I like watching movies from the 80's, for several reasons but one being that they didn't whiten their teeth to death and they looked more like real people.
