If they really cared they'd dust before we got home. But they don't, every year I get back and it looks like they haven't bothered to dust the place all year.

"To dust" means - I believe - more of a rearrangement than a removal.
Certainly no two dust particles will be in the same place from year to year.

I already tried clear coating the playa....gave up after several square feet.
anything worth doing is worth overdoing..
