Brazilian Carnaval in the playa

I am a 6-yr burner from Brazil (living in Los Angeles) and have always dreamed of a Brazilian Carnaval, Bahia style in the playa.

Basically we would only need a decorated sound truck (DMV/Mutant Vehicle compliant) with music playing and eventually bring a live band.
