That big star thing was awesome, we chatted with those folks while they were building it, a Polish family mostly living in California I believe, but I never tried it either.illy dilly wrote:LOL!MyDearFriend wrote:(((Doc))) BDC is absolutely the place to beI had a great time and felt completely at home.

Illy Dilly, I swear I walked back and forth through that corner to the JOTS at least 3 times a day for 10 days straight and never knew you were there.![]()
I never heard the megaphone, either...![]()
Next year, next year I swear I am going to stand at that corner and shout for you.
That sucks!
We had a red dome with white spots, sorta like a Mario mushroom.
We had a little tan (it was supposed to be white) fence going around the front of our camp.
We also had my tie dye Colorado flag. I found out what throws people off is that since its tie dye all the colors seem a little washed out. So instead of dark blue bars at the top and bottom they are light blue, and the red C looks more like a pinkish-red.
Did you ever check out that big star thing that was across from us and caddy corner to Boosh? They would put super low bass into the stand, so when you were in the star the whole thing would vibrate and hum. Sadly, it was across the street for 7 days and I never tried itIt was one of those "I'll do it tonight when I'm in the right *state of mind*" type of things. Then next thing you know its Sunday and they're taking it down.

I wish you had come by to lay in my hammock one afternoon, gosh we were right there... I'm voting with Graidawg on that one. *pout*
Bwahahahahahaha, I think you forgot: picking up trashtamarakay wrote:We had a perfectly lovely time. We wish we had gotten to know a lot of you better, it seemed when we were in camp we were involved in something like schlepping drinks to naked men, painting boobies for five hours, picking up trash, picking up trash, and oh, picking up trash, that we never did get to really just sit and visit much. It was fun and the perfect camp to start off with. Barbie Death Camp rocks!
