Virgin Burner looking to join a project!

Postby JoelleJ » Wed Apr 25, 2012 8:18 am

Heyyyy everybody!

I am a first time burner and it's looking like my potential art project group has fallen through :( , so I am looking to join a project that needs another set of hands and mind. I recently quit my day job to focus on my art, travels and mind! I am based on the East Coast but with my newly found freedom can be virtually anywhere for the sake of this project. What I am looking for is a group of open minded individuals trying to form an experience or structure that will bring people together. My training is in fine art and design, I am pretty solid with carpentry and welding and I'm pretty darn creative. So if you need some help I would love to lend a hand!

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi Joelle!

Try here:

2012 Theme Camps

viewforum.php?f=283

There's a threads toward the top that might be particularly useful: "Theme Camps Seeking Participants" . . . but a lot of camps have their own individual threads.

You might also want to add yourself to the regional email lists of wherever you find yourself.

This is pretty much irrelevant, but my daughter is a Joelle J. Not that you care, but I just needed to be a buttinski.

Join....or start your own. Remember, everything can be art on the playa. Your camp, your bike, yourself. So you always have a project.

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realised that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me.
