Except it's not milk, the bubbles contain little wisps of smoke and I don't actually eat the cookies until I've made enough bubbles. Sometimes it's choc chip, sometimes it's pecan sandies, it could be pretty much anything not nailed down.... except this one time.....never mind.

Ya got that right. Big chunks of undercooked apple slices in some kind of gelatinous goo all encased in a soggy "crust"

On the other hand. A mixture of apple varieties where some cook down almost into an applesauce texture and a combination of sweetness and tartness combined with butter, sugar, cinnamon, and a few dried cranberries and a crumble topping still warm topped with a double heaping portion of vanilla bean ice cream starting to melt a little.
