Sorry I missed you kids. Thanks for the attempt to hook up, Ygmir.
I found out too late that my spiffy new prepaid phone has no service once I leave Fernley.
Gerlach was glorious. The playa was a different story. About 3 miles north of town there was widespread dust to the point of it being dark.
For anyone wondering, access at 12 Mile was dry and drivable. I made it from the highway to ~ Point/1 trash fence with no problem.
