Don't finish that bottle of Jameson's without giving me some!

I take it neat, with a side of water please.

They just told me that, although there are only two employees here at my store (myself and my newbie--he's been here all of 3 days), they will NOT allow me to hire anyone else to work. So, in a retail store that normally needs 3 employees plus a manager to run, I get my new hire, and, well, moi.

Make that a double.

Our passions for our alcohols runs deep our passions for friendship and just plain good conversation. So here for everyone let me pour a round...

Passion Daiquiri's

1 1/2 oz. White Rum
Juice of 1 Lime
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp. Passion Fruit Juice

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass

See, I share with the poor overworked employee and get fired. This fishy does better in class solidarity gut instinct than good little enforcer. Oh well, live and learn.

I normally don't do martini's but this one sounds too good.

Sweet and Spicy Martini

3 oz. Stolichnaya Cinnamon Vodka (Or any other cinnamon-flavoured vodka)
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz. Orange Liqueur

Shake with cracked ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick
