And could you pour bark beer over that? At least then it’ll be something close palatable.

Nice. your looking at yourself that is.
Now, opinions are like assholes no? Here goes:

Sweetheart, get as far away from that illness as you can, quickly.
the tendency or the person?

the first is something I'm working on and making progress. it's a matter of long-term healing, the roots of which i'll not open again, today, on this board. it's here somewhere.

the second is someone from whom i have some distance, but would prefer not to renounce entirely. people fuck up. it happens.
the first: yes, I understand.

the second: hmmm, yes, people do fuck up. yours truly has lot's of experience in fucking up and in receiving the fuck up. while it says alot about you not wanting to give up on said person, the issue does not go away with time. ehhh, let me clarify. as long as this is say (i am guesing here), a casual relationship with the one person feeling way more than the other, there is a great tendency to be insecure which in turn leads to trust issues. i don't know you in a face-to-face reality based way (although I'm sure that will happen some day), however, i do know that you posess intelligence, decent morals, and a rock solid personality. If said person sees this as well, then perhaps we throw into this equation the element of holding on to tight that which isn't really ours; fear of loss, which in turn, leads to insecurity, which in turn, leads to trust issues.

I ask, again, just a question: does this person know where they stand? if yes, then I still say get away. IMHO, and of course if anything I say here is reality.

bullD, suffice it to say, the relationship between us has changed significantly from those days. I've made it pretty clear where things are, and this is not someone I see with any regularity anyway.

I believe that it's currently important, on a number of fronts, not to cut this person off. Besides, they're important to me. But to go any further into explaining that part of it on this forum would be compromising the other person's privacy too much for my comfort.

It would make life much less dramatic to just tell anyone who hurt me/crossed boundaries/etc to fuck off. And i used to be comletely incapable of it at all when i was younger. I'm working on setting clear limits for people, which helps me to be able to forgive them their fuckups. And, when the situation warrants it, I do tell them to fuck off.

Shit. And I bet y'all never would've thought of doing anything if I hadn't opened my big mouth before I passed out.

(And THEN I couldn't get on ePlaya last night, giving you that much more time to work.... *sigh*)

Just for that, I'm dumping bubble bath in the hot tub and cleaning up in there. :-P

I googled. Is this the basic shape?

Yes'm, that shape, but mine is less hippy, more techno. Not skin and wood but synthetic and metal. I googled Toca drums looking for its picture, but alas I htink I might have the only one of its kind. Bought on a budget-type drum. Great release nonetheless to let out a good pounding on.
Now here's the back teeth of the freshwater drum. (a freshwater cousin of mine.)
