that makes 2 things i regret about the burn - all revolve around not meeting many of you. i only met 2 eplayans this year.
i'll do better next year!

The first year I knew about the M&G (2010) I didn't make it over there either. 2011 was actually my first.

Well then, you met 1/6 of eplaya. There's really only 9 to 12 REAL people, each just has between 10 to 362 personalities or socks. Shit, even some of the multiple personalities have multiple socks.

So the "How was working with Arctica" questionnaire came out today.
That got me to thinking I'd like to hit up Arctica staff now about our shift next year.

Originally talking with Bob Cat Queen, we discussed rounding up a HUGE group and working center camp rather than Ice Cubed.
Pros: Center camp has 4 registers, and is a bigger operation so more eplayans could come.
Its easier for everyone from all parts of the city to get there.

Cons:Its bigger, so even if we do have a big group we might have to work more.
Airport Mayor and Heidi don't manage the shifts at Center Camp.

Whats everyone's thoughts?
How hard was it for the 9 O'clock side folks to get to Ice Cubed by 9am?
Do we prefer being over staffed and having more slack off free time?

Thats just nonsense!
Its the best time to work ice. We're done by Noon, just in time to get back to camp eat some lunch and go party, or take a nap through the heat of the day and be ready to go for the evening!

I would say step 1 would probably be, sticking around or coming back here the first part of next year and look for a thread that will probably be titled something like "Who's Selling Ice: 2014"

Illydilly, Thanks I'll make a note of it. You mention coffee on the ride home. That reminds me. There wasn't any. I left Tuesday morning and wanted coffee. NOT indian tacos or all the other concessions sold on the Hwy. Coffee was scarce and I had to wait till Reno. I'm sure there were closer places but my rider and I couldn't find em.

It kinda feels like Fernley just turns into Wadsworth.
Is Nixon where there are always a bunch of people pulled over, people begging for tickets, and some sort of stand that sells goggles, dust masks, and all sorts of burner stuff?
