Maybe. But if you're not freaked by the concept of 'pack it in, pack it out' I don't see it as an issue. At other times around the playa I take small trash bags like that and put a few cups of playa dust in it, shake around and there's not much of a problem. The dust makes a really nice desiccant and also goes a long way towards abating the smell - especially during hot days.
