From my 17 year old daughter quite a few years back as we watched "Ouchie the Clown" on the Esplanade.
"Dad, why would a grown man want to get naked, tied up and whipped by a mean naked clown"?
Answer: I am not really certain, when we get home ask Richard. (Richard is my shop foreman, but he also worked at Bondage a Go-Go in SF at the time.

Those who think they can and those who think they can't are both right.

Thanks ...and keep 'em coming....
Hey...just want to thank you all for your contributions. Some will definitely be used! There were some very good poignant and funny ones.
I plan to use them in this playa piece: http://www.burningman.com/installations ... l#syzygryd

Heard at temple burn a few years ago--
"You're ruining my spiritual experience."
Said every year on Saturday when we play a game of Make College Girls Cry--
"Oh my god, you wore that?"
"Yes, it makes you look fat!"
"Honey, cute doesn't cure stupid. And eventually you're gonna grow out of cute."

A clarification...
Hey, thanks again everyone...just to be clear...I can't really call it "my" project...I'm just a minor contributor, but still, it is really nice to be a participant on a installation on this scale and vision.

i guess this counts as worst, but since it pissed me off it did exactly what it was supposed to do.
"welcome to the rainbow gathering."
(from an irate guy working gate, after we passed inspection).
i think my favorite tho was, well, i saw a woman in full pony gear, pulling a cart by her harness that had her husband and son in it (both dressed completely normally: shorts hats t-shirts), and the kid was yelling "faster, mommy, faster!" while she towed them along.

As a side note, I loved the ~20 piece brass band at the temple last year.fbcota wrote:During temple burn last year when our section tried to start a "moo" wave, a couple irate trustafarians were not happy so someone said "What, do we all have to mourn the exact same way. Maybe I want to laugh!"

whats the difference between a hippy and a burner?
a pair of ass kickin boots , a hand ful of bacon, and a bar of soap.
or the answer is
a 300 dollar ticket, 24 gallons of water, and a bar of soap.
There is no team in FUCK YOU.
